The initial consultation fee is $199. This fee is non-refundable and collected at the time the appointment is scheduled. The amount will be deducted from membership fees.

We ask that you upload into your personal portal or bring any pertinent medical records, supplements, medication and lab test results with you. If you are not the financial decision maker, we ask that you bring your significant other with you to the consultation.

Expect the consultation to last for 60 minutes. If you are a good candidate for our care we will go over the test kits and some paperwork to get you started. This will be an additional 15-30 minutes. We value your time and do our best to provide a timely service.

We do not accept insurance or Medicare for our consulting services. Your case requires special attention and time that is not covered by insurance companies.

We do not offer a-la-carte testing since this goes against the paradigm of functional medicine. If we are going to address the root cause of your health issues, we will need to take a more comprehensive approach. We only work with patients on a case management basis in one of our programs.

This depends on your insurance. Often insurance companies will pay a portion of Functional medicine lab testing. We will always let you know the expected price before you get the test.

We accept credit and debit cards. You will upload your card into our portal upon registration. The initial consult is charged at time of booking in order to save your appointment and is non-refundable.

Yes. Please check with your HR department to be sure.

Our office hours are 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, and 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. on Wednesday.

We are happy to provide acute care services in addition to our program. This would include up to 4 acute visits in the year on top of the already provided services. These could include things like a well woman or man exam, colds, UTI, and other general primary care services. We do not prescribe narcotics or stimulants. Our philosophy for primary care is to "always use something natural first" but are glad to be able to prescribe medications if you need them.

Yes, you will work with a team of experts to help you accomplish your health goals. These may include a nurse practitioner and lifestyle coach.

Yes, however we require that every person be seen in person once at the initial consult.

This program is for anyone looking to optimize their health. The only time somebody is not qualified is if their health is too far gone or their condition requires urgent medical attention. If a client is not motiviated, engaged and willing to take the steps necessary to get healthy they would not be a good candidate.

By joining our essentials program you have access to direct pricing on lab test kits, which ensure you pay the lowest price possible. On average you should budget between $500-$1500 for functional labs

Often during your program we will recomend supplements. The supplements we recomend are only the highest quality and GMP-certified. Often you will need to budget $200-300/month for a period of time as we help you bring your body back to balance so that it can heal.

Yes, your first appointment is one of your 8 appointments. We apply your payment to the total cost of the program. Therefore, you are paying into the program when you schedule your first appointment.

We do have remote visits available with the Zoom video conferencing app. We can also conduct appointments by phone if the internet service doesn't permit for an online video call.

Expect to schedule an Initial Lifestyle visit with one of our Health Coaches within the first week. This will allow us to get a baseline on your health and habits. About a month after your initial consultation, we will schedule you a Review of Findings appointment. This is another one hour appointment in which Dr Tramp prepares an individualized video reviewing the results of your labs and initiates an individualized plan based on those results.

The lab testing is typically done at home. In some instances you might have to get blood work done. We will schedule that through our clinic or will direct you to the QUEST lab to do that. You will get instructions in more detail on how to do the test kits and the kits come with clear instructions as well. Payment is made directly to the lab to ensure that you have the lowest price possible.

At the conclusion of your successful program, we continuing care options available.
